Product Visualization
This is an exploration of visual styles for a tech product, culminating in a short animation.

The camera dolly is a moving base for a camera. The camera can be oriented at different angles and the base moves on a flat surface to enable precise motion while recording.

Style explorations.
The visual style begins with understanding the qualities of the product. Keywords like Precision, High quality, Digital, Automatic, Smart, Hi-tech, Premium, allude to the visual style.
Lighting, colours, environments and other details are carefully designed to bring out the personality and mood of the product.
Why is this important? This is not just art. Product visuals are usually created with a purpose - like connecting emotionally with the viewers, improving desirabilty, communicating a vision, driving sales, increasing visibility or engagement.
Everything is intentional.
Motion
Pacing, camera angles, framing and composition can add greatly to the visual style, enhancing and reinforcing what we want to communicate.
The goal with this exercise was to showcase the product and basic functionality in a short clip of approximately 6 seconds that could be watched in a loop for social media.
To test and refine the animation, low fidelity mock-ups were created to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Everything together.
With some tweaks and additional elements, here’s the final video.
